From test to consultation

Once the room is open, you are guided through the final steps. You do not need to create an account.

    Allow camera and microphone

    Choose Allow when the browser asks. Check that you can see yourself and that the microphone responds.

  2. 02

    Enter your name

    Your name allows Ditte to recognise you when you are ready for the consultation.

  3. 03

    Knock

    You are not in the consultation until you have knocked and been admitted.

  4. 04

    Wait to be admitted

    Ditte admits you at the agreed time or shortly afterwards. Simply remain in the video room.
